本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「月と睡眠（moon&sleep）」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本サービスを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービスの概要

本サービスは、月の満ち欠けと、利用者がOura Ring（Oura Health Oy提供）から取得した睡眠・コンディション・活動などの体調スコアを重ね合わせて可視化する情報提供サービスです。本サービスは医療機器ではなく、提供される情報は一般的な参考情報であり、医学的な診断・助言・治療を目的とするものではありません。

2. 医療に関する免責

本サービスの表示内容は健康・医療に関する助言ではありません。体調や睡眠に関する判断は、必ず医師等の専門家にご相談ください。本サービスの情報に基づく行動について当方は責任を負いません。

3. アカウントと認証

本サービスはOuraアカウントによるOAuth認証を用います。利用者はOuraの認証情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。利用者はいつでもOura側（cloud.ouraring.com）で本サービスへの連携を解除できます。

4. 利用者の責任と禁止事項

利用者は法令を遵守し、本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、他者の権利を侵害する行為を行ってはなりません。

5. 第三者サービスへの依存

本サービスはOura APIに依存します。Oura側の仕様変更・障害・提供終了により、本サービスの全部または一部が利用できなくなる場合があります。

6. 知的財産権

本サービスに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。

7. 無保証・免責

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、正確性・完全性・可用性について明示黙示を問わず保証しません。当方は、本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても、法令で許容される範囲で責任を負いません。

8. サービスの変更・中断・終了

当方は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することができます。

9. 規約の変更

当方は本規約を必要に応じて変更できます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。

10. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は当方所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Moon & Sleep" (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

The Service is an informational tool that visualizes the phases of the moon alongside health scores (sleep, readiness, activity, etc.) that you retrieve from your Oura Ring (provided by Oura Health Oy). The Service is not a medical device, and the information provided is for general reference only and is not intended for medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment.

2. Non-Medical Disclaimer

Nothing displayed by the Service constitutes health or medical advice. Always consult a physician or other qualified professional regarding your health and sleep. We are not responsible for actions taken based on the Service's information.

3. Account and Authentication

The Service uses OAuth authentication via your Oura account. You are responsible for keeping your Oura credentials secure. You may revoke this Service's access at any time from Oura (cloud.ouraring.com).

4. Your Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You must comply with applicable laws and must not interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Dependency on Third-Party Services

The Service depends on the Oura API. Changes, outages, or discontinuation on Oura's side may render all or part of the Service unavailable.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us or the respective rights holders.

7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.

1. Présentation du Service

Le Service est un outil d'information qui visualise les phases de la lune ainsi que les scores de santé (sommeil, forme, activité, etc.) que vous récupérez depuis votre Oura Ring (fourni par Oura Health Oy). Le Service n'est pas un dispositif médical ; les informations fournies sont à titre indicatif et ne sont pas destinées à un diagnostic, un conseil ou un traitement médical.

2. Avertissement non médical

Rien de ce qui est affiché par le Service ne constitue un avis médical. Consultez toujours un médecin ou un professionnel qualifié concernant votre santé et votre sommeil. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des actions entreprises sur la base des informations du Service.

3. Compte et authentification

Le Service utilise l'authentification OAuth via votre compte Oura. Vous êtes responsable de la sécurité de vos identifiants Oura. Vous pouvez révoquer l'accès du Service à tout moment depuis Oura (cloud.ouraring.com).

4. Vos responsabilités et conduites interdites

Vous devez respecter les lois applicables et ne devez pas perturber le fonctionnement du Service, tenter un accès non autorisé, le décompiler ou porter atteinte aux droits d'autrui.

5. Dépendance aux services tiers

Le Service dépend de l'API Oura. Des modifications, pannes ou l'arrêt du côté d'Oura peuvent rendre tout ou partie du Service indisponible.

6. Propriété intellectuelle

Tous les droits d'auteur et autres droits de propriété intellectuelle relatifs au Service nous appartiennent ou appartiennent à leurs titulaires respectifs.

7. Absence de garantie ; limitation de responsabilité
